I can’t sign in to the Lift app. What should I do?
Call or text 0468 000 770, or email hello@liftgym.au with the email address you joined with, and we’ll sort it out.
How do I book or cancel a class?
Members book and cancel classes in the Lift app. If something doesn’t look right, call or email us.
How do I cancel or pause my membership?
Unlimited needs 28 days’ notice to cancel. The Kickstarter, passes and single classes have no notice period. No cancellation fee. Tell us by phone, email or in person. While an Unlimited membership is paused, you can keep your nutrition, recipes and progress tracking for $9.99 a paused week.
How do I delete my account and my information?
Follow the steps on our Delete your account page (liftgym.au/delete-account/), in the app or by email.
